Getting your bolstr zipper repaired is easy.
- If it is under warranty (1 year on craftsmanship, 2 years on wear and tear), we pay for the shipping and the repair (please contact bolstr Support)
- If it is outside of the warranty and you are in the United States, we will still pay for the shipping but you pay for the repair.
- If you are outside of the United States you are required to ship your bolstr to to our repair center and we will ship it back too you for free.
